In this Educational, you will learn how to capitalize on the personal strengths of your team members and how to move from individual task accomplishment to joint success.
With the help of an exercise, you will be able to evaluate the cooperation in your team and learn how to use focussed feedback to raise your team to the next level. Get to know key success factors of outstanding teams and find your way to implement them in your Club.
This is the time of the year when you decide whether your Club should keep the status quo or whether you want to have a year of growth, offering the Toastmasters Experience to as many people as possible and helping them become better communicators and more successful leaders.
Matthias Lehmann
Matthias Lehmann is working as a Trainer and Coach since 2002 and is currently studying Industrial Engineering in Darmstadt.
His focus as a trainer is Leadership, Developing Teams and Intercultural Competencies and his experiences range from individual coaching to facilitating groups of more than 200 people, spanning 10 countries throughout Europe and South America.
Born and raised in Germany, Matthias has also lived in Argentina and Hungary and served in AIESEC www.aiesec.org as a member of the National Board of AIESEC Hungary and as a leader of the Global Talent Management Unit, an International Virtual team developing HR tools for their 30,000 members in 110 countries and coaching Leaders of several National AIESEC Chapters. Within Toastmasters, Matthias recently helped the Division F Governors’ team in their formation phase and delivered a Team building session at the Division F Club Officer. Training day
In his free time, he loves cooking, travelling and outdoor sports, especially when he can combine sports and Nature. Last May, he made a bike trek from Frankfurt to Budapest and is planning to cross the Alps next summer.
Matthias strongly believes in creating win-win situations and wants to support people and organizations to grow – by focusing on their individual strengths and fostering cooperation.
