Leadership Track - Club Success Track
Talent and Leadership
There is a dearth of skilled middle managers getting ready to be future CEOs. Current CEOs are less skillful than they need to be.
- Where is the Talent?
- How can you capture and retain the talent that is out there?
- How do you lead people over whom you have no control or authority?
- How do YOU get to be the future leader or even CEO?
- How does current and future business leadership tie - in with the TM leadership track?
These and other questions will be explored and some approaches provided as we take a look at current leadership in an "out of fashion" structure of the business environment.
Why the business environment? Because the real world is what Toastmaster leadership training is all about.
